Welcome to Rocky Mountain Consortium for Cybersecurity education
Colorado currently employs a Cybersecurity workforce of 18,433 people. There are 10,207 Cybersecurity job openings in the state, 699 of which are in the public sector and the other 9,508 are in the private sector. These numbers show a true need for Cybersecurity education in the state and growing our talent pipeline. There are a lot of places to find curriculum, but how do we get it to our P-20 students? It all begins with the teachers and their comfort level with cybersecurity and cybersafety.
Mission:
To educate and empower P-20 teachers to use and teach cybersecurity and cybersafety.
Vision:Supporting teachers’ cybersecurity literacy and pedagogical practices through meaningful learning experiences and resources.
